During your initial 15-minute consultation, we can discuss which service will best fit your needs, and you can take the first step towards a better life today.

WhatsApp Session
Online counselling offers more flexibility in terms of scheduling and fitting in with today's busy lives. It is completely accessible and inclusive in bringing the therapy to you, whatever your circumstances and wherever you are. You will need a private space access to your phone or laptop and a good internet connection.

Face to Face Session
In-person counselling, also known as face-to-face counselling, refers to the traditional approach where individuals attend therapy sessions in a physical space. It involves direct, personal interaction between the client and therapist in a shared physical space. Drawing on all of the senses.

Telephone Session
Talking therapy is having a trained counsellor listen to you, without any judgement. Someone to give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think. An opportunity to look at your problems in a different way with someone who will respect your opinions. A safe place to be yourself.
